Kitchen Store

Alongside the Smokehouse we have a shop where we sell our smoked produce. We have a variety of pantry items such as chutneys, jams, biscuits, flour, eggs, etc. We also sell a selection of Frozen Meals, all made onsite. Scroll down to discover what else we have in store.

What's in store?

Smoked Fish

Our speciality is smoked salmon but we also smoke a range of other fish including haddock, trout, mackerel, sardines and plenty more.

Smoked Meats

We have a range of smoked meats, this includes smoked duck, chicken, bacon and ham. We also have a selection of charcuterie meats.

Cheese Counter

Includes our smoked cheeses along with a selection of local cheeses and European.

Fresh Fish

Our fish counter changes each week depending on what is freshly caught.

Fruit and Vegetables

We have a small selection of fruit and vegetables available, this changes each week.

Baked Products

Each week we have a selection of Sicilian pizzas, focaccias, sausage rolls and cakes which are freshly made on site. This varies each week.

Mediterranean
Delicatessen

We have a section in the counter with anti pasti items which change regularly. Perfect accompaniment to a charcuterie or a smoked fish platter.

Wogan Coffee

We have a selection of Wogan coffee beans in stock which can be freshly ground on site.

Café

We have a few tables in the shop available for coffee, cake and light lunches.
